At Fleming Support Services, we provide high-quality, person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Northeast and Central Florida.

We follow all ACHA, APD, HIPAA, and Medicaid guidelines to ensure safety, privacy, and compliance.

Helping individuals build skills and live independently in their own homes. 

Assistance with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, and meals. 

Short-term relief for caregivers while ensuring consistent quality of care. 

Helping individuals prepare for, obtain, and retain competitive employment. 

Safe, reliable transportation to work, community events, and appointments. 

Light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep in a safe, supportive home setting.

  These services are only available in the Northeast Florida Region. 

Providing social interaction, emotional support, and engagement in community activities.
