 Direct Care Workers provide hands-on assistance and companionship to individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct Care Workers help clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and community activities. Workers also offer emotional support, encourage independence, and promote safety and inclusion in home and community settings. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving each person’s quality of life. 

Supported Employment Specialists help individuals with developmental disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs. Supported Employment Specialist assist with job searching, applications, and interview preparation, while also providing on-the-job coaching and follow-along support to ensure long-term success. The goal is to promote independence, build confidence, and support each person’s growth in the workplace.
